In a t16 I usually end up getting about ~5-10c of essences, a few chaos of either catalysts or raw currency from the metamorph, beasts are random, harvest gets me ~5c every time, strongboxes are random. a little more than a 1 in 4000000 chance. depending on economy that can be anywhere from 10-30c (based on last league's economy).
